Why Do I Love the Republicans SO MUCH??

I’m totally in love with the Republican Party. The exemplify the exact things that I, Beelzebub champion as the highest of the high: The ability to tell a lie.

Think about it: The Democrats tell as many lies as they can. But you gotta admit, the lies of the Republicans are the most audacious. The most compelling and the most manipulative of all.

Wow. They worship in the church of Kegare without knowing it. Which brings me to religion! Not the simple, obvious compelling spirituality of that bozo over at http://celarien.com/ — What did he call it? Independent church? Free church? Church of the Obvious? Let me know if you figure it out.

NO! Not the simplistic spirituality of ‘Celarien,’ whatever the hell Celarien is. I’m talking about the Plague of Locusts, Famine and Disease kind of religion! Mama Mia! That’s the kind of Flame-broiled, brother-killing, mother earth hating, fear-worm infested religion of our Good Lord and Savior — the Republicans!! And the Republicans will save us, Doncha know…

Let’s look a bit deeper — this quote from Timothy Leary — (may his higher consciousness rot in my bowels, except that his gas passes so lightly out of my control. Damn.) –

Science is a social system, which evolves roles, rules, rituals, values, language, space-time locations to further the quest for these goals – these answers. Religion is a social system, which has evolved its roles, rules, rituals, values, language, space-time locations to further the pursuit of the same goals – the revelatory experience. A science, which fails to address itself to these spiritual goals, which accepts other purposes (however popular), becomes secular, political, and tends to oppose new data. A religion which fails to provide direct experiential answers to these spiritual questions becomes secular, political, and tends to oppose the individual revelatory confrontation.

— Timothy Leary as cited by the Free Marijuana Church of Honolulu

Now I’m not about to argue with Timothy Leary. After all, as Ken Wilbur says: “No one is so smart that they can be right 100% of The Time”. So, I won’t even try. What I will do, is let you know just how much you have been duped, time and again by the Republicans — You remember them? They started out as the Pharasees, and then became the control behind the failing Roman Empire. And as Rome fell, the Church of the Republicans came into being. And morphing along with time, those few who really were ruthless and cunning rose to the top. And clung there against all reason, all love of humanity, all things sensible — These self-chosen few have used their lies, the lies that strike deep into our psychology, to bend us to their will.

So you see, a political party is a social system, which evolves roles, rules, rituals, values, language, space-time locations to further the quest for these goals – the betterment of our society. And in the same way as Timothy Leary suggests, A party which fails to provide direct experiential answers to these social questions must maintain a stance opposite from reality and reject individual confrontation.

These churches, secular and religious of our nation are organized, ruthless and powerful. But make no mistake — They are churches. A religion is a social system — It has spirituality as it’s high ground, but will never let you really taste that high ground — It will always force you to use the church as mediator, connector and you are useless without the church.

Yes, I’m talking about the political lies of the priests of the Pharaohs, The lies of the priests of Romans, the lies of the fallen saints — and now, sanitized by modern plumbing — the lies of our politicians and their most charismatic religious bretheren.

Have we really torn “down that wall?” When we have the opportunity to grasp competence do we turn to audaciously promised hope? Is national disaster turned, time after time, into fear and hate? You tell me. I’m only a minor devil in the pantheon of spiritual excrement. I look up, receiving the spewing bowels of the Evangelists and Republicans on the balcony above and I rejoice!

May I learn to tell a lie as well!
